TWO for TUESDAY

Our Daily Rev Up! TWO for TUESDAY - CHALK and CHEESE! Well, yesterday was hot as anything, and today it’s cold and raining! What a contrast — total chalk and cheese. But isn’t life often like that? One day feels bright and easy, the next feels heavy and grey. Yet even in those contrasts, there’s life being given. The rain that cools and soaks the ground is the same gift that helps things grow. Just as the sun strengthens, the rain nourishes — both are needed for life to flourish. Jesus reminds us in John 10:10, “I came that they may have life, and have it to the full.” That full life isn’t just in the sunshine moments, but also in the rain. It’s in the hot and the cold, the smooth and the rough, the joy and the waiting. So today, when things feel like chalk and cheese, let’s look for where Jesus is giving life in both. Maybe it’s through slowing down, maybe it’s through a challenge that waters your faith.
